A 24-year-old man will need surgery for a fractured skull and a brain bleed after a collision with a car in Gouda Way in Gloucester. A police patrol came across the incident at 7.40pm last night, Saturday. The victim, a 24-year-old man, was concious and breathing but was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital on a spinal board.
